OMEP Theory Into Practice, aspires to become a tool to share the knowledge of OMEP colleagues as a community of practice committed to early childhood education and care. The first issues were published in English, and by 2020 the OMEP Executive Committee decided to carry out this third issue in Spanish and French, which are also the official languages of the organization.The fact that it is virtual allows readers to contact people from different areas. This multicultural and geographically diverse view clearly enriches the proposal with a variety of professional and human perspectives. Joaquín Salvador Lavado Tejón, conocido bajo el seudónimo de Quino fue un humorista gráfico e historietista argentino, su obra más conocida es la tira cómica Mafalda (la protagonista de este video homenaje de OMEP). Quino’, fue una figura de destacada trayectoria argentina y en el mundo por su labor social, humanista y cultural. Queremos hacer este humilde homenaje, con esta viñeta de su icónica obra: Mafalda. --- Joaquín Salvador Lavado Tejón, known under the pseudonym Quino..., was an Argentine graphic humorist and cartoonist, his best known work is the comic strip Mafalda (the protagonist of this OMEP video tribute). Quino ', was a leading figure in Argentina and in the world for his social, humanistic and cultural work.
